Cancellations

For Sales

Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of being placed. The brand then has 24 hours to cancel the order. Once the order is canceled, the customer will be refunded and the (50) Supercoins from the sale will be deducted from the customer’s account. In the case of a brand order cancellation, the Supercoins gained from the order will not be deducted. 

For Reward Drops

Reward drops are final sale.

 

Damages

For Sales

Brands are responsible for replacing any products that arrive damaged. In the case of damaged products, please reach out to the brand to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your order number, product name, and image of the damage. Be sure to mention you ordered from Supergreat!

For Reward Drops

No refunds (if awarded) will be issued without an image of the damage. To process a claim, please fill out this form

 

Exchanges

For Sales

Exchanges follow the brand’s exchange policy for products ordered accidentally or in the incorrect shade or color. In the event of an exchange request, please reach out to the brand to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your order number, product name, reason for exchange. Be sure to mention you ordered from Supergreat.

For Reward Drops

Supergreat does not accept exchanges.

 

Returns

For Sales

Returns follow the brand’s return policy. Supergreat does not accept returns. In the event of a return request, please contact the brand to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your order number, product name, reason for return. Be sure to mention you ordered from Supergreat.

No-Fault Re-Ship

For Sales

If your order gets sent back or does not arrive to you, contact the brand. Be sure to include your order number, product name, and confirm your address. Be sure to mention you ordered from Supergreat.

For Reward Drops

Please ensure that you have the correct address listed in your profile. Due to the limited supply of product, Supergreat cannot reship items or redirect shipments once they’ve been sent out.
